Material Schedule

I have 12 materials tagged in my model but only 7 are scheduled in the Material Schedule.

any reason why this is happening?

Are some of those materials applied as 'Paint'?

most of them are 'painted'.

Revit will schedule materials differently for painted vs materials associated with family geometry. Check the fields you have scheduled and make sure it includes both.

Ah yes, I first created the schedule, I didn't select 'multi-category'. I chose 'generic model'
I created a new schedule using 'Material Take off' and kept the multi-category and added my filters in.
