I can't find away to get the corner flange, flange1.jpg, to miter (45 deg) and as the picture shows the "flattened" part flange2.jpg (the overlap doesn't show up but the lack of a joint is obvious) has overlapping flanges. Is there any way to get a miter in this corner.

A true flat pattern cannot be developed for this folded part. If this was an outside corner, the "Tear" option should give you what you want.

This can easily be fixed - attach your *.ipt file here.

JD Mather, wondering if I could see the solution to this as well? My part is a rectangular face with four inside flanges as in attached image "SM (1).png". Obviously, however, the inside corners conflict as in "SM (2).png". I tried unfolding and applying a Corner Seam to each conflicting area as in "SM (3).png", but it keeps failing. Am I thinking of this wrong?105857105858105859
Thanks for any help!
