Convert an area scheme from rentable to gross

Hi,

I created a new area scheme for my design Option 1, and I don't think Revit allowed me to choose whether I wanted Gross or Rentable; it forced me into Rentable. I created a detailed area plan. Now I am creating a second area scheme for my design Option 2, and Revit is allowing me to select "gross" under Area and Volume Computations. That's fine, but now how do I go back and make my Area Scheme 1 gross instead of rentable?

I don't think you can change it. You might be able to copy/paste aligned the area lines and areas from your Rentable scheme into your new Gross scheme for that design option.
