multi-leader tags

anyone figure out how to create a multi-leader tag?
Figure if text can be multi-leader, don't see why not a tag can too.

As far as I know it can't be done. I've also tried.

The best I have managed is to place two tags, and then drag one on top of the other (assuming that both items are the same). If one of items changes, and the value displayed in the tag changes because of that, with overlapping tags, you get a graphic indication that there was a change. If one tag could sprout an extra leader, and point to another object that is not tagged, then if that untagged object changed, the tag would still have the old data.

dont like overlapping tags, etc. maybe thats something for Autodesk to add.
will just have to use 2 separate tags.
