Has anyone else had trouble finding the links to download 2017 so they can create the proper deployment for their office? If I go through my Autodesk Support account, the only option I get for 2017 is "Install Now" which of course is like streaming the files to the system in order to install it. I would have to go around to each machine, log into Support, and run the installation on every one, which I am NOT going to do.
Last year I created a Support case for 2016, and they told me to use the Autodesk Virtual Agent to download the software, which worked. I tried that again this time but 2017 wasn't available for me to download. So I created another support case this week, and this time they simply emailed me links to download 2017.
So what is this now, we have to contact Support every time new software is released just to download the software for deployment creation?
