Design Review

Is anybody using any software to jump start the design review process?
What I need to be able to do is send out a file via email and then have
the recipients markup any required print changes for me. I also need them
to be able to digitally sign the document. I am unsure where to begin
looking for such software. Any suggestions?

looking for such software. Any suggestions?I just installed acrobat 7 myself. lovin the new layer controls, see there is a 3d plug in now... haven't had a chance to play with that yet.

I've never really used signatures, but, I have read that there are some capabilities in there...

Ive seen DWF writer, would everyone who needs to review drawings need a copy of DWF writer, or just the viewer?

The DWF writer is only for printing out to a DWF file. There are no markup tools or anything. It's just a printer on your system. If the person that is reviewing the drawing is only looking, then they only need the viewer. If they need to make markups then they will need the DWF Composer.
