Saveas error

Did anyone encounter this error message during saveas (family editor)? See attached jpeg.

I haven't seen that before. Does it occur regardless of which folder you try to save to? Looks a bit like it might be a problem with privileges at the destination.

this happens when i install the 30 day trial of Revit 2017.

We see that occasionally & have never figured out an exact reason, but it does seem to happen most often to people who are working remotely and have a lousy Internet connection.
How are you accessing the Central file?
Edit: Oops. I mean family.

Hi Dave I'm not working in a remote project. I was once to create a mass family and when I save it goes to this error.

family was created on my local pc.
