Yep, looks about right.
First a few things to check.
One are you 'Importing" or linking? Importing is Bad, linking is kind of OK.
Have you cleaned the cad file? Purge, audit, remove reg apps, dgn purge, layer states..... all that good stuff?
In Cad How far away from 0,0 is the linework?
Just some thoughts.

I can pretty much guarantee that either your DWG or your Revit model is far, far away from it's Origin.
98 times out of 100 it's going to be the DWG.
Open the DWG and draw a line from 0,0,0 to the graphics you can see. Thaw and unFreeze All Layers. Then Zoom out.
If, as I suspect, you see just the line and a little dot at the end (which is your cadwork), delete the line, select everything and move it from a known point (grid intersection?) to 0,0,0

Distance = 68506106.9621 CM

As I expected!
68506106.9621 CM = 685 Km or for us backwards Americans, 425 miles.
What happens is that there's a limited number of decimal points either AutoCAD or Revit can handle, and by the time you get out to that many digits, it starts rounding off.
