Hey Everyone.

Having trouble with depth cueing in my building section views. When only my single building section view is open, depth cueing works perfectly. However once this view is placed on a sheet, some strange graphic errors show up (See attached pics for examples). I thought maybe my video card was getting trampled with multiple views being placed on one sheet, but the problem still exists even with only one view per sheet. Any thoughts? Any of you experiencing this?

Thanks in advance.

Most likely, you could use a graphics card driver update.
Does it still print correctly?
Sometimes graphic issues like that only show up on screen and you have to trust that the print is correct.

Dave.......I wish that was the case here. Unfortunately, the print shows the error as well.

Out of curiosity, under the Applications Menu (Big R) -> Options -> Graphics there is a Graphics Mode section that includes Hardware Acceleration. If you turn this OFF (or ON if it is already off) do you get the same results?

Hey Brian.......Just tried switching Hrdwr Accel both ways. Still have the same problem regardless of the mode it's in.

After changing this setting, did you close and restart Revit? I believe that setting requires restarting Revit to take effect.

Hey folks,

Our office is having the same issue ... I found a comment on another forum that suggested that the crop region was causing the issue ... When the crop region is not a standard rectangle, the issue occurs. I reset the crop region on my view and sure enough, it appeared correctly on the sheet.

Our office had another issue with not rectangular crop regions where every time we would sync to central the file size would double. Eventually this caused the file to be huge and corrupted the file. We had to load a backup to recover. Luckily it all happened within the course of a few hours so not much time was lost.
