Hi All
I have an AutoCAD block that I would like to convert to a Revit smart tag. The only fields that I would love to be automatically filled in from the plan is the Room Number and Room Name. The other fields are to filled in by the user as he/she places it into the drawing. Any help is greatly appreciated. See attached AutoCAD block.

Good day,

You will easily be able to create your own Revit tag, complete with the information you require by following the steps in this link (http://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2017/ENU/?guid=GUID-033B7B21-6D92-4BCB-A1E3-6339B4E112F5). Instead of editing the titleblock/annotation, rather tag one of your furniture pieces using the OOTB tag family, and then edit the family (Remember to Save-As afterwards to ensure you do not overwrite your existing tag family). The fields that the user needs to fill in can be created as text parameter labels, although I would recommend to use the default label fields for Item ID (Mark/Type Mark), Remarks (Comments), Phase, etc.
