View Full Version : 2016 Unresponsive Print Settings (R16 & R17)

When I open the Print dialog, All printers show all radial and check boxes as unselected options, the other setting buttons are all unresponsive.

I have been able to duplicate this issue, and solve it by following the steps;
1. Check which printer is chosen in print settings dialog.
2. Changing the printer in the print dialog (to any printer other that the one selected in the print settings dialogue, I use my default printer), close using the 'x'.
3. Then open print settings, (should now read a different printer) select okay.
4. Return to print dialog. It appears to kick something in the program and print now works properly again.

Can anyone explain what the issue is? I would like to prevent this from recurring.

This is a large problem that we have in our firm and I have heard from several other firms around our city.

I have this problem too, but Elyse@Summit's fix did not resolve the issue.

Ive only seen that when the print driver is incorrect for Revit....
