user keynote on view and not in keynote list

we have had a couple of projects where the user keynote shows up in the view but not in the keynote list. not sure how this is happening? sorta defeats the purpose.
anyone run into this?

Yes I have.
It usually happens when the item gets hidden in one view but not the other.
Some times I've been able to just remove the view from the sheet and place it back on the sheet and the keynote list should populate.
Other times I've had to delete the keynote and replace it.
The first option works about 90% of the time.
