How can you differentiate different building types (building models) new and existing by color, shading or hatch to indicate different buildings on a campus site, something like a master plan?

I considered that but this is more about a way to indicate the entire building is new or existing on a render shaded site presentation. Ideally I could quickly make the entire building or two display noticeably different, more artistic.

Is it possible to "Halftone" and entire linked building model on a combined campus site plan?

I tried the Halftone, but it is not contrasting or noticeable enough.

You know the graphic overrides in the phase filter has materials, right? It's not going to get any better than that.
