Je souhaiterai renseigner pour des locaux à vocation tertiaire la surface GLA (Gross Leasable Area).
Le mode de calcul de celle-ci dépend des locaux mitoyens. Si la cloison séparative donne sur un autre local commercial, la limite de surface se trouve à l'axe de cette cloison. Si le local donne sur un espace commun, la limite se trouve au nu fini extérieur de la cloison.
Je dois donc mettre en place un calcul de surface de pièce variable en fonction des locaux mitoyens.
