Xref file name showing iwhen xref'd into drawing

I'm looking for a way that I can have the file name of the drawing show when it is xref'd into another drawing.

I'm xrefing in details into an output sheet and would like have the name of each of the file show when in the output file.

idets12007.dwg is Rtext (in the pip-ins file it shows pip-ins.dwg, the way I want ir)
PIP-INS is attributed text in detail file.

I've tried Rtext and fields with no luck.

So you want to open a drawing file (A), and inside that drawing file you want to see what other drawings that (A) is xref'ed into?
