I didn't know this was a competition. If you wish to use a tool that you feel is better suited to your task then you should do so. That is what we are all doing. The tool we in this forum have decided upon(after looking at all these other software solutions) is Revit.

Suggest you first try and totally master Revit's tools. Embrace the learning cuve. It'll be easier to compare later if that's what you still desire.

By the way Jiaoyanbing, what country are you from? I'm guessing Chinese.

can revit site tool creat road on the mountain?"

you know, the Revit Site tools are really focused on typical Architecture-kinda jobs. So I can model a site, and add paths and furniture and such just fine; but get into any kind of 'Civil Engineering' (aka cutting roads into Mountains) and while you can do it, doing it only using point elevations can be a real pain.

So for Architects and Landscape Architects Revit works really well; you can easily generate your site, grade it for a parking lot, add trees and shrubs (and schedule and tag them all), and the like.

However, get into, say, modeling a Tunnel or a complex road and it's quickly not the best tool for the job. I've never found Revit's topo tools too limiting, however I would like to see a 'road' tool or the ability to edit topos via drawing topo lines (instead of point elevation).

So you're kinda comparing apples to oranges here I feel. Also, general complains about the modeling (which you seem to have a lot of) help less then posting specifics to the wish list (like you did regarding the 'space' tool)...

Also you can always use a different package to generate/edit your site, and then bring that into Revit to generate your CD's...
