2016 AutoCAD E 2016: Fatal Error [Archive]

Can anyone post a solution for a bugging issue of Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Reading 0x0000 Exception at 96b2a5c0h.
This error happens every time the user inserts a block component in a wire then fills the component information in dialog box and when clicking OK to accept the Fatal Error happens. This happens in every file not in particular file.
Additionally, (don't know if related) repair or re-installation is taking a lot longer than normal time.

What version of AutoCAD is this?
What O/S?
Do you have all the SP+hotfixes installed?

There is rarely a single "solution" for a fatal error.
It could be data file related or more rarely, program file related or a bug in the program.

If you can recreate this on demand, then submit a support request to Autodesk (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/subscription-management/support-options/web-support/submit-view-cases) through your Autodesk Account.
