Crossing utilities in profile are distorted () looking

I know that the pipe section of a crossing utility will looked oval shaped depending on the angle it is crossing my pipeline, but is there a way to just make the crossing utility to look completely round?

use a profile that has no vertical exaggeration. Not very useful IMO, and a round pipe representation in a profile with a vertical exaggeration of 10 would be hugely incorrect.
