Hi guys

I'm new here.Could you help me regarding with my problem.I encounter multiple wall assemblies with the same type,the same dimension,marks and assembly name also,but I want a unique name for each wall.I can't duplicate instance assembly to make it unique. Do you have any suggestion?I'm using Revit 2017.

If you modify an instance of an assembly (even slighty), Revit will automatically create a new type/name (e.g. modify "Walls 001" and Revit renames it "Walls 002"). Is this what you mean?

here is my attach image..it has the same thickness and height. I tag the wall on the left name it "W001,then I tag the second one it goes the same.
So when I try to rename the tag on the right the left wall follow the same tag. I can't duplicate it. Oh please help me.
