is it possible to create clean room ceiling by curtain wall technology (profiles + blanks + filters + lights) with grid modification opportunity?

Welcome to the forums.
'Curtain wall' as designed can only be vertical.
I don't know what a clean room,ceiling entails that the regular ceiling tools can"t provide but if you don't want to create special families you may want try using the 'sloped glazing' roof type. There you'll be able to define your grid layout, profiles and a variety of infill panels.

You can do it by apply a curtain grid system to an in place mass.
Or if you want to try to get real creative think about trying to use a beam system. That might also work.
