Keyboard Shortcut not assigning

I want to add a shortcut to the Fillet Arc command.

I do so through the Options/User Interface/Keyboard Shortcuts. The shortcut shows up on the tool tip but pressing the keys (FA) won't activate the command.
I have tried this many times. Restarting Revit afterwards etc with no luck. Any thoughts?

Have you started a line command (or selected a line) before keying in your shortcut, or are you just typing FA?

Just typing FA.
So I tried starting the line command and then typing FA and it worked for the line. However starting the wall command and typing FA does not work. Oh well, at least it works for the line command which is what I wanted it for anyway.
