Color Wheel to BMP

Can anyone point me to finding:
a breakdown of the 256 colorwheel into the setting for: Hue, Sat., Lum., Red, Green, Blue.

I am wanting to make some new icons for things and would like to use the same colors in the icons that are in the colorwheel.

Example: My g-anno-nplt layer is color 125. Different routines puts xlines, boxtext, etc., automatically on that layer. i would like to create their icons with color 125.

Hi

CommandLine: ._Color

Select Color dialog box opens -> "Index Color" tab -> Select color (1 to 255) -> "True Color" tab -> Hue / Saturation / Luminance (HSL) & Red / Green / Blue (RGB) information is displayed for chosen (1 to 255) color.

Forgot to mention that I was on A2k2, but have a copy of LT-04 around the office that showed me.

Figured a chart breakdown would be on the web somewhere, but this is easy too.
