Can't Double Click Into and Out Of Model/Paperspace

Got a new computer, but once got AutoCAD installed and my profile copied over, I am not able to double click into and out of viewports in paperspace. Is there some setting I'm missing or something?

Oh, and I tried setting SPACESWITCH, to 1 and 0, neither worked

What happens when you type MSPACE at the command prompt rather than double clicking? this will get you into the viewport and you can switch to other viewports with a single click.
Regarding double click issue, Does this happen only with AutoCAD?
You may need check your Double-click speed settings from Windows control panel.
