Caps lock on or off doesn't matter AutoCAD is always writing uppercase. Its not happening in any other applications.

How do I make this stop?

MText command. While in MText, expand the Tools tab on the Ribbon, and turn off All CAPS

or SetVar TEXTALLCAPS and set to Off.
