Civil 3D Profile View Station labels are not aligned after 10km marker

Hello, I have a strange problem I have yet to see, I have a user with a very long profile of an entire pipeline route that reaches over 12kms and the station labels on the top band are not aligning after the station gets to 10+000.
has anyone seen this before and any ideas how to fix it? I did not think it was possible to see them not aligning, image attached.

I've been unable to reproduce this. These stations labels are produced from a top anchored profile data band?

The profile view style can produce station labels along the top with out a band. The placement control isn't great. It seems to be stuck on center justification for the label text.

Any chance you could post a simple file that displays this behavior?
