I have to manually hide a linked model in some of my views (I need to see it in other views so I don't want to turn the model off in the view template or have duplicate view templates just for this), but when I make any adjustments to the view template settings, even ones that don't directly effect the linked model, it reappears. I haven't had issues with elements reappearing after manually hiding them before. It doesn't seem to have an affect but I'm also trying to use a linked view, but I still have the issue when setting the linked model By Host View as well.
