REVIT LT 2016 WATERMARK/LOGO

I am having a really hard time trying to make these watermarks so they can see transparent and able to but our dwgs on them. I tried to look up Gimp to use in the creation but confused me more. Can anyone explain or lead me to a good post or tutorial on this. Thanks.

I have messed with watermarks in the past and my recollection is that you cannot make them transparent/behind the views.

Yeah, don't waste your time - it will not work properly. Print your file to pdf and apply the watermark there.
