Help with autodim code.

Thanks in advance for anyone that help with this code.
I am using auto Cad 2016
I have this autodim code that I use on simple profiles. A rectangle profile would be fine as an example.
I would like this code to place the dimension at .750 away from the dimensioned face of the profile.

With a quick glance to your codes, try to replace the

(* 2 (getvar "DIMTXT"))
with 750.0
