STRINGERS UNDER EXTERIOR STAIRS

Trying to get the stringers to be under the stairs and can not figure out how to move them. Is that something I need to do when I am making the stair and not after? Thanks

Just switch the stringer with the carriage in the stair properties (edit type).

TY. That was so easy. Shows how long I have not messed with stairs. Since you answered that, I put in a plan region so I could get the cut line of the stair up further to the finished floor. Not working. Any ideas on that? I do not want to change the view range of the dwg though

That should work. Just make sure the entire stair object including the landing is included within the plan region boundary.
