Custom ballisters and railings

Hrmmm...
I'm trying to make a 4" round ballister family, I *seem* to have done that ok, but I can't figure out how to make a railing work with it.

I wanted a 4" round top cap railing to go with it but I keep getting errors.

I might add I'm a complete n00b when it comes to family creations *still*

Hi Kroke,

A quickndirty solution would be to grab a couple from RUGI and adapt them for your purpose.

Otherwise, post the family you have.

Beegee, thanks man, I was user error of course.

I got it to work ok now, thanks! If it doesn't work, try try again... I'm happy with the custom railings.

Now if I could have the patients to do custom windows/doors (I have to say, I never have, I've only edited already built ones, it's intimidating me)

Now if I could have the patients to do custom windows/doorsFind some kind of local institution with a foward thinking director and he or she may be willing to let you have some patients on a day release scheme, just to ease them back into the community.
