AutoCAD Dynamic Blocks but this applies to all versions

I've created Dynamic Blocks for panel boards. They lay flat on their backs while in Block Editor because I'm manipulating the size on the X & Y axis.

Once inserted in a drawing I need to stand the panel up. Is there a way to add CODE to the Dynamic Block that will stand it up when inserted?
