View Full Version : 2018 Autodesk DLL crashing Windows Explorer constantly

Hi,

I am having a long-running issue of Windows Explorer constantly crashing due to AdSyncNamespace.dll . This DLL seems to be related to one of my Building Design Suite components (perhaps Autodesk 360)?

Anyway, it's making my desktop computer difficult to work on as I keep having to restart it.

Does anyone know what to do about this?

Update: if I go to my system tray and right click and exit out of Autodesk 360, it stops Windows Explorer from crashing.

Does anyone have a permanent fix? Thx.
