Mutliple line weights in one hatch?

Is it possible to have multiple line weights in a single hatch pattern? I created a .pat file in CAD but can't get Revit to recognize the two different line weights.

For instance, a hatch for zoning diagrams might have a thicker cross hatch with thinner lines running through the intersections.

Not what you want to be advised I'm sure but hatch definitions carry no line-weight information whatsoever.

Their presentation depends on pen settings in the host application.

Thicker lines can be fudged with closely-spaced parallel lines but you have to be aware of pen width.
