I thought for sure I have used Rev cloud command from a polyline and it kept its polyline features to edit the line just like it was still a polyline instead of creating vertexs at every start and end of every bubble.

Is that my imagination because of a treeline line type?

Is REVCLOUDGRIPS set to 1?

I thought you might have resolved issue. tried it with it on & off several times and neither changed the Revcloud polyline to have only grips at vertexes

REVCLOUDGRIPS will toggle grip behavior

REVCLOUDCREATEMODE will toggle how the revclouds are created, e.g. old skool or new style
