mysterious keynote showing up

i am using "user keynotes". on only one sheet there is a keynote that shows up in the keynote list on the sheet. it is not at all a keynote, it is just text. i checked the txt file where the keynotes are coming from and I cannot find that particular sting on text anywhere in the txt file. I am attaching screen shots of the keynote list that is on the sheet, the path that is directed to the txt file and the actual txt file.

Did someone add it to the model? Can you find the object that was keynoted? Dose it show up in the overall legend?
I've seen this someone added it to the text file, loaded it, assigned it to something, and the removed it from the text file.
If you look at overall keynote legend (Views, legendS, Keynote legend) see if show up there. If it's really not wanted you should be able to delete the data row.
Just a thought.
