Exesting profile Data

I am taking over a new file. I modified the horizontal alignment and noticed the profile of existing did not change. I see in the Profile Properties that update mode only has the static option. where do I change that so in the future I have dynamic as an option?

Select the Profile, and change Static to Dynamic in Properties Pane, under Data.

Select the Profile, right click and select Profile Properties menu item, go to Profile Data tab, change Static to Dynamic under Update Mode column.
