How to load USGS DEM info into Civil 3D

Hey guys,
Does anyone know how to download DEM info from the USGS site into Civil 3D so that one could see the topo info, like contours from their topo maps?

You can create a surface from a DEM then style it to show the contours. Another way if all you want to do is see the topo is use the map3d tools Data Connect and add a raster file then select the DEM.
