Is it possible to make changes to the lineweight of reveals in walls?

Yes.

Using either Object Styles (file-wide) or Visibility Graphics (view specific) you can open the Walls sub-objects from the list and modify both the projection and cut line weights.

Using either Object Styles (file-wide) or Visibility Graphics (view specific) you can open the Walls sub-objects from the list and modify both the projection and cut line weights.

In elevaton view all I want to do is make the edges of the reveals a lighter weight, not the entire wall. Those options you mention have no effect on the reveal line weight independant of the rest of the wall. There is no sub-object that I see that may control reveal line weights.

The only way is with the linework tool. Bottom line, learn to live with the extra lines or prepare to spend countless hours touching up your elevations.
