Hey guys,

I'm adding a 1/2" stucco reveal on my project using the wall reveal tool.

The problem is that my lineweights cannot be controlled in the family or in my visibility graphics because it is controlled by the same lineweights as the wall itself. Am I missing something here or do I need to use the linework tool for every reveal? This is what I've been doing but it is very time consuming changing 2 lines for every reveal, then having some reveals shoot off the edge of the wall and I have to individually drag them back. See photo

Any Input is appreciated because I will add this function to my wish list if it is not yet possible.

Thanks

From my understanding you are modelling the bumps of the stucco? This should just be done using a fill pattern in the material. Use the default sand pattern that comes with revit.

You can not set the Lineweights for Reveals or sweeps. There's no way I know of to do that via view template. It treats it like a cut line and thats what you get.
One option I haven't looked into would be trying to see if you can generate a selection set in Dynamo and have that use a VG override by view to do the work for you.

If there's a Factory Guy out there, I'd love to see this get put high on the list of Wish Items.
