When picking a point with object snap on AutoCAD LT 2018 freezes. Some days this happens all the time and other times there is no freezing.Iit happens in all commands.

Is it only happening when picking a point w/ osnap?

Is this for a PC or MAC? If the former, do you have a supported display adapter and driver (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/syscert?id=18844534&siteID=123112)?
You might experiment with hardware acceleration turned OFF, if it's ON now.

I have the same issue with full AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018. It started with the 2017 version. May go weeks without it happening, but there's days more time sending those reports to AutoDesk than working. I've never gotten a response. As MIS picks our PC's, does all our AutoCAD installs and updates I've accepted it.

I get the same thing, ACAD LT 2018 hanging in mid command. Sometimes picking the screen again when the revolving wheel is showing seems to bring it back, other times it will grey out the screen until it stops processing the "problem".
The video card & driver version are both recommended by Autodesk.
Annoying.

Still happens with Hardware Acceleration off.

When you say "sending those reports to AutoDesk", do you mean the CER reports (https://autodesk.i.lithium.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/246696i28C5EAA7782BB45B?v=1.0)?

Have you actually submitted a support request (https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/subscription-management/support-options/web-support/submit-view-cases)?

No, I'm pretty sure it's the graphics card or driver. Lots of other related issues like mtext objects disappearing when edited, but comes back on regen. I can only hover over the midpoint of a polyline segment to get options like [Add Vertex] once, after I need to deselect and reselect the polyline to add another. Lot less issues than the previous PC they gave us.

I probably should submit and hope to get a response that I can forward to our MIS. No sure if that will help any.
