We have a massive quantities spreadsheet for roadway jobs. It's awesome.
I attribute extract my quantity bubbles, and directly cut and paste the resulting text file into the spreadsheet, to instantly get a distribution of quantities and cost estimate. It's really cool.

I want to OLE one of the 5 tabs in this spreadsheet for my plan set quantities sheet.

It works fine if I copy and paste the spreadsheet, but then it is embedded, and changes to it do not show up. I have to re-copy and paste every time there is a change in quantities.

If I OLE it (insert pull down, OLE Object, create from file, link), I only get a small portion of the tab.
I can not get the OLE'd object to be the entire tab.

What am I doing wrong?

I am in ACAD 2009, Map and Land Desktop.
Thanks folks.
