Floor Hatch and Plumbing Components

What am I missing? The hatch goes through one toilet but not the other. I ran into this before and have forgotten the fix.

The family showing the floor hatch through the toilet has the 3D model display turned off in plan view, with symbolic linework showing instead.

Open the family, check the model display to be visible in plan and delete the symbolic linework.

The out of the box fixtures have symbolic lines for plan view and the model geometry visibility is off in plan view. You can open the family and change the visibilty and save. Reload family and you won't see the hatch.
