help Ctrl c and Ctrl V as Block

when i ctrl c and ctrl v it cameout as block

the ctrl c says coppyclip
and the ctrl v says pasteclip

this is not happen with other file

When you prompt pasteclip, Do you see some error messages "Duplicate definition of block xxx ignored" in command line?.
Because of AEC (proxy object) that it cannot copy & paste other drawings.
