Grid not visible in one view, can't unhide, light blue when "Reveal Hidden" turned on.

Hello all,
Haven't seen this before.
In one view, one of my grids is not visible. When turning on "Reveal Hidden Elements" the grid pops up, yet is light blue.
With the grid selected, unhide is grayed out, not allowing me to unhide.

Grid height is the same as all the rest.

Never seen an element light blue like this.

Also tried Ideate's XRay plugin to see if they could identify why it's not visible, but it came up empty.

Any ideas?

Is that part of Cad Link by chance?
Design Option might be the other reason.
