Snap spacing automatically changes

Hi,

I'm looking for a routine for AutoCAD, maybe a reactor that will change snap spacing/increments (eg. 1000 ; 100 ; 20 ; 5 ; ) as I zoom in and out of a the drawing (similar to Revit)

Survey directions and and distances are seldom even numbers so I've never used snap or grid spacing, but it would need to be a reactor to automatically change like that.
