Bullets & Numbering

I was formatting text earlier using numbers. Now Bullets and Numbering are grayed back so they can't be used. How do I create new multi-line text which can allow numbering to be applicable again?

Right click in the text box for flyout.
Pick "Allow Bullets and Numbering".
That should enable it for all Mtexts in drawing.
