can't find aclt.dwt. Not opening cad.

This is an LT question but thought it might get more exposure in here.

LT05 is not opening. LT says it is looking for a file (aclt.dwt, which is the startup drawing template file). The file is where it is supposed to be but it can't find it to open. Any suggestions besides reloading LT? Appreciate the help.
