I am working on a strip mall where there are multiple tenet build-outs. What is the best way to attack this 8 headed monster. Here are the problems that I think I will have. Am I correct and is there a work around?

1. I will have to change the project names for each tenet project when it needs to be printed.

2. Revisions will not work and I will have to write them on title block with dumb text.

3. I will have to make prefix sheet numbers for the sheet sets (6-A101...) "Unit 6 or the Arch floor plan"

4. Sheet date will have to dumb.

5. Am i missing anything else?

Is there a better way to do this type of project?

Thank you in advance.

Mike

I would look at doing the shell as one project and each tenant as a separate project with the shell linked in. Then you can have your project name/number, revisions, etc. all set in each tenant project.

That's my 2 cents.

Option B is using phases.
I agree with the core and sheet (Ie non fit out spaces) in one model and then use one model for the tenant fit out, one for each phase.
In theory this might help eliminate the duplicate detailing effort since you can't link detail callouts across models.
