Hello,
We have several models on A360 Cloud, in Revit 2016. A filter in the view template for a plan is not behaving the same for all team members, it will turn off what it is supposed to in one of our models but not the other, and will stop working after syncing for not reason at all. The filter is controlled by the workset of different floors (we want finish floors to be turned off, and just show structural floors). We have been doing tests with recreating the filter (by making another one that turns off floors with the word "finish" in the name), and testing other changes between our versions of the model, and there appears to be no apparent reason for the filters to selectively work on one of our computers and not the other, and then just stop working altogether until it is reapplied to the view template. The two of us investigating this issues have each been using Revit for 8 years, so are completely perplexed as to what is happening - seems to be some sort of bug, whether with Cloud or Revit 2016. Anyone else encounter this issue? Thanks!
