I have a drafter who is having a problem with Polar Tracking. He is using AutoCAD LT.
After he selects the object to move, stretch or copy, then hovers over the object snap then points in the direction for tracking, picks or types in a value it looks like the original base point jumps. Then when he track the object to the new location it is off. I have attached a picture of a example of what it looks like it's doing.
I have tried several different system variable and UCS setting but can't figure it out. Any help would be appreciated.
